  1. Complete a full loan application with Saffron Premier Mortgage (includes credit, income, and asset information, and submission of required documents).
  2. Upload a Locked Loan Estimate from another lender.
  3. Our expert team will review your file and provide our most competitive offer, which may include one or more of the following:
    • Up to $1,000 in additional lender credit
    • A lower interest rate
    • Reduced fees or closing costs
    • A faster closing timeline
    • A moreĀ customized loan product that better fits your needs
  4. If eligible, you will receive your competing offer from Saffron Premier mortgage within 48 hours.
  5. If you receive a competing offer from Saffron Premier Mortgage, a loan officer will contact you to discuss the terms and competitive advantages of our offer, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss options, and make changes as needed.
  6. If you decide to proceed with our offer your will receive an initial disclosure package containing a locked loan estimate. You will have 24 hours to review the documents, electronically sign them, and submit payment for your appraisal (if required).
  7. Failure to complete these steps may result in the Conquest offer being withdrawn or cancelled.

šŸ“ Fair and Transparent Requirements

To ensure a level playing field and provide accurate feedback:

  • You must submit a complete loan application with Saffron Premier Mortgage -Ā Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
  • You must submit an official Loan Estimate - this is a 3 page government mandated compliance document. Your current lender is required by law to provide this document to you.Ā - This is not a "Fee Worksheet"
  • The Loan Estimate document cannot be redacted, edited, or partially complete. It must show the at a minimum, the following information: Your name, property address, purchase price, loan amount, loan product & term, interest rate, estimate issue date, lock status, lock expiration date, lender's name, loan officer's name, NMLS number.Ā 
  • The competitor's Loan Estimate must be locked and current.
  • Saffron Premier at its sole discretion can determine whether a competing loan estimate is eligible for the Conquest Offer.
