We are currently licensed to originate mortgage loans in the following states: Washington (WA), Pennsylvania (PA), Florida (FL), and Texas (TX). We do not originate loans in states where we are not licensed. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a loan application, and receipt of a cost estimate does not indicate loan approval or commitment.
